Long rumored and also quite anticipated the new Louis Vuitton campaign featuring superstar Madonna as face of the fashion house for the 2nd time,  is finally revealed, yesterday Louis Vuitton premiered the first image of the Fall Winter campaign, shot by famed fashion photographer Steven Meisel.
