New York real estate developer Andrew Heiberger has again trimmed the price of his East 63rd Street townhouse, hoping to offload the six-story luxury space for $13.75 million. Heiberger paid $8.15 million for the home in 2004 and listed it in February for $16.85 million and discounting it to $14.85 million in June. The six-bedroom home has seven wood-burning fireplaces with carefully restored antique mantels. Granite countertops run opposite hardwood floors and the home has an updated kitchen, home theater, wine cellar and a rooftop deck that looks out upon Midtown.
