Marc Jacobs and Paul Helbers plays it conservative and safe with Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2010 Collection for men. The duo has presented a collection fit for any Louis Vuitton man. I personally like the construction of the blazers and some of the knits in the range. If there was a highlight in the collection, it would have to be the bags that came in various styles, patterns, and bold winter appropriate colors.

SICK!!!!!!!!!!! I fainted after seeing that shawl collar cardigan and the black peacoat. Marc Jacobs is probably the best thing that ever happened to the house that is Louis Vuitton. It’s definitely a tie between Marc Jacobs and Alexander McQueen for best male designer!
The collection was very impressive. Marc’s use of textures and visual proportions keeps the eye very entertained. He has given mens wear a breath of fresh air, and modernity. And he does it successfully with out making it too youthful, most men will be able to wear these looks. Many of the looks have a potential to be classics down the road.
I was also very pleased to see very masculine accessories more manly. As expected the leather quality was impeccable which only added class to the sporty bags.
