Some editorials just grab our attention immediately…and the newest editorial in Vogue did just that. In “Brief Encounter”, supermodel Natalia Vodianova is paired up with music mogul, Sean Diddy Combs, for a whirlwind train station romance.

Annie Leibovitz not only has a fabulous eye when it comes to snapping images that will snag the reader’s attention, but she also creates the perfect relationship between her subjects. Diddy and Natalia transport back to the golden age of train travel, when taking a trip meant glamorous outfits, bunking in sleep compartments, and goodbye kisses at the station.

Diddy joined a elite list of celebs on Tuesday (December 15), when he was immortalized in wax by the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York City.

The music mogul’s wax counterpart was dressed in a white tuxedo jacket and black pants, the same outfit he wore in an ad for his I Am King fragrance campaign.

Diddy attended the unveiling with his mother, sister, nephew and son Justin. He told MTV he credited it all to his mother.

“I wanna thank my mother, she was the originator of the wax figure,” Diddy said. “It’s hard to explain looking at yourself like this,” he continued. “They did an excellent job.”

Diddy thought it was maybe a little too good. He told the network it was so lifelike it was a little “scary — scary in a good way.”

According to MTV, Diddy said he had to stand still for three hours in front of the sculpting team while they captured his likeness. While some celebs are captured from past photos of themselves, Diddy chose to go with how he looks now.

“I went with the most recent likeness of myself,” he said to MTV. “They wanted to do me live, how I was. It wasn’t like I could give them an old shot. What you see is what you get. This is the first time I’m seeing it. It’s to my liking. It looks very realistic — one of the more realistic ones.”

Diddy is among some of big figures to get a wax replica of themselves at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Others include Snoop Dogg, Jamie Foxx, Notorious B.I.G., and Michelle Obama, among others.

He thinks hip-hop stars like Eminem, Jay-Z and Lil Wayne need to be next in line.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is expanding his deal with Ciroc Vodka! According to Circoc’s marketing director, Marc Strachan, Diddy and Ciroc are planning to release coconut and red-berry flavors of the vodka in the United States.

Combs is half owner of Ciroc Vodka and splits all prophets from the sales with Diageo who also owns popular brands like Ketel One and Smirnoff. Diddy has helped Diageo earn over $2 Billion in sales in 2008. “Combs is a true partner in the venture”, says Marc Strachan.
Sean Combs Enterprises’ responsibilities in the company are marketing, advertising, public relations, events and product placement as well as making brand marketing decisions in the joint venture.

“The first time I saw the ‘Thriller’ video, I was waiting for it. It was the premiere — they showed you the making of and all of that,” he told MTV News over the weekend in Los Angeles. “And it was something that everyone had their VHS tapes — I think it was Betamax tapes back then. You had to wait for it and you taped it.”

Diddy said that Jackson’s videos always left his “mind blown” thanks to their use of cutting-edge technology and over-the-top plots. In fact, they weren’t just videos; they were, in many cases, mini-movies. “It’s like your mind was blown,” he said. “It’s the definition of having your mind blown. Michael Jackson is the truest definition of having your mind blown.”

Of course, Jackson wasn’t just known for his videos. He also became known for the moonwalk, his signature dance move that over the last two-plus decades has been imitated but never matched. So, does Diddy have his moves down? “I ain’t gonna lie,” he said. “It ain’t really that nice. I need to get it right for Michael, in honor of Michael.”
