Located at Cicero’s Bar and Restaurant at 306 Main Street, the House of Hype has completely transformed this local hotspot into a two-storied event space that includes several lounge spaces, bars and a deejay. The 2009 GQ Gentleman’s Ball was held last week in New York City’s Edison Ballroom, where the magazine honored four Gentlemen’s Fund charities and announced the winner of the 2009 “Better Man, Better World” search. On hand were Demi Moore, Chanel Iman, Emmy Rossum, Ashton Kutcher, and Sebastian Stan among others. Kid Cudi and Akon were also in attendance as they rocked the house with their performances.

P. Diddy is not only known for his music career. He is also known for his fascination with classic and racing cars. So it’s no surprise when his men’s beauty venture, Sean John Fragrances, along with Lab Series Skincare For Men teamed up with Michael Shank Racing, for the intense one-day race weekend at the “World Center of Racing”. The event marks round 7 of the 2009 Rolex Sports Car Series championship and will precede at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Coke Zero 400 on July 4th.

Mark Patterson and Oswaldo Negri’s Ford-Riley, numbered 60, which started at the 2008 Rolex 24 at Daytona from pole position, will carry its familiar black and orange car identity, but for the Daytona race, Sean John’s Unforgivable fragrance and Lab Series Skincare for Men will also be displayed on the wing, nose, sides and in-car camera locations on the Daytona Prototype.
