The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing sales for Macy's. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the Macy's children's sportswear business and be able to identify issues and proactively recommend action plans. They must have strong follow through and initiatives skills as well as strong analytical and planning skills. Those with existing Macy's children's relationships are preferred.
  1. Develop and implement business/product strategies to optimize sales and profit
  2. Initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and detail oriented.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Manage Macy's relationship and resolve challenges within the account.
  5. Account management and/or merchandise planning background.
  6. Analytical skills; retail math.
  7. Must have at least 5 years experience with department store sales
  8. Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
  9. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  10. Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
